Balance also applies to the balance of the muscles in the body to create proper posture and movement patterns. Finally, balance is also a part of your fitness focus. In other words, it helps to have a fitness goal that is separate from weight loss to focus your training. While you train for your fitness goal, you see your body fat decrease, you muscles get stronger, your cloths fit better, you have more energy, and you find that you crave more healthy food choices. I became a personal trainer because fitness, movement, and athletics are my passion and I love to share my knowledge with others.
I came into the fitness industry from sports medicine. I specialize in clients who have past injuries, current nagging injuries, and musculoskeletal imbalances. I strive to rebalance the body while helping my clients achieve their fitness goals. I also specialize in endurance athletes: runners, cyclists, triathletes, etc.
